Bosphorus Marriage Proposal Package

One of our most requested events is the Bosphorus marriage proposal. We arrange a private sunset yacht charter with champagne, roses, and a photographer hidden on deck. As the yacht cruises past the illuminated Bosphorus Bridge, the moment is captured in professional photographs and video. After the proposal, the yacht docks at a waterfront restaurant where a private table awaits with a celebratory dinner. This complete package starts at 25,000 TL and includes the yacht, catering, flowers, photography, and restaurant reservation.

For a different proposal setting, we can arrange a private dinner on the rooftop terrace of a hotel with views of Hagia Sophia and the Old City, with candles, roses, and a violinist playing in the background. Or we can arrange after-hours access to a historic venue — such as the Basilica Cistern or a historic Ottoman mansion — where the proposal takes place in a completely private, atmospheric setting. Private Dinners and Celebrations

For birthday and anniversary celebrations, we can arrange private dinners at Istanbul’s most beautiful venues — a rooftop terrace with Hagia Sophia views, a waterfront restaurant on the Bosphorus, or a historic Ottoman mansion. We handle the decor, the customized menu, the birthday cake, the entertainment (live music, DJ, or traditional Turkish performers), and the photography.

For a truly spectacular celebration, we can arrange a private dinner on a Bosphorus yacht, with a chef preparing a customized menu on board, a sommelier pairing wines, and a musician playing live music as the yacht cruises past the illuminated city. This experience starts at 20,000 TL for up to 6 guests and includes the yacht, chef, catering, and entertainment. For larger celebrations, we can arrange a yacht charter for up to 20 guests with a full dinner service.

Corporate VIP Events

Corporate VIP events are a specialty of ours. We arrange executive retreats, client entertainment dinners, and conference after-parties at Istanbul’s top venues. For a corporate dinner, we can arrange a private room at a Michelin-recommended restaurant with a customized menu, branded decor, and audiovisual equipment. For a larger corporate event, we can arrange a full venue buyout at a Bosphorus-side hotel or a nightclub in Beyoglu, with catering, bar service, and entertainment.

Our corporate event services include venue sourcing and site visits, customized menu development with the chef, wine and cocktail pairing, branded decor and signage, audiovisual equipment and technical support, entertainment (live bands, DJs, traditional Turkish performers), guest transportation, hotel accommodations, and on-site event management. Corporate event pricing is customized based on scope, venue, guest count, and services required. A private corporate dinner for 10 starts at 8,000 TL, while a full venue buyout for 100 guests starts at 50,000 TL. Venue Buyouts and Historic Locations

For the ultimate in exclusivity, we can arrange full venue buyouts at luxury hotels, private estates, or even historic palaces. The Ciragan Palace Kempinski offers its palace gardens and waterfront terrace for private events, accommodating up to 500 guests for a reception or 250 for a seated dinner. The Swissotel The Bosphorus offers its rooftop terrace and ballroom for private events with panoramic Bosphorus views. For a more intimate setting, we can arrange a private Ottoman mansion on the Bosphorus for dinners of up to 40 guests.

We also have access to several unique venues that are not normally available for private events, including the Basilica Cistern (for atmospheric cocktail receptions), the Rahmi Koc Museum (for industrial-chic events), and several historic hammams (for traditional Turkish-themed events).
